We understand that cyber bullying can lead a child to contemplate suicide. It's estimated that 56% of suicides of children age 10-14 are due to bullying in some way.
When something is on-line, it's for the world to see and there isn't anything you can do about it.
GOOGLE won't help.
BING not sure.
It remains omnipresent and can and will do unrepairable harm.
How many more children will die as a result of negligence of both the one submitting and the search engines that fall on a deaf ear?
